Highly recommend! Went in for a valve cover replacement & got a full detailed inspection done at no extra charge plus they did a routine check 2 weeks after service to ensure their job was done properly. Very communicative throughout the process and even followed up via phone to make sure my car was running smoothly. I appreciate Kevin and his team for the wonderful customer service.

Breath of fresh air. After essentially a shoulder shrug from the dealership after a persistent (and dangerous) coolant issue, I called them late in the day and Jessica was patient and understanding and went out of her way to get me in the very next day despite a full schedule. Kevin was thorough and knowledgeable in his diagnosis and repair plan and candid with me in my choices for part replacement. The photos of what they were doing to my car and the detailed written notes I received after was the cherry on top. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend this team to you.

Our son Is away at college and his check engine light came on. We looked for a local garage with good customer service ratings and came across Peninsula Total Car Care. They responded quickly and were able to schedule an appointment the next business day. No weekend hours was a little rough but was clearly advertised ahead of time. Loved the clear communication. The initial assessment was sent electronically and a follow up call was done. Repairs were prompt and my son reported they were complete. The car runs great. The payment portal was easy and they offered a student discount! That helps a lot. The staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and even explained what was recommended, required, or just informational. I would use their services again and will recommend them to family and friends that are local to Salisbury!
