David and his team have done a great job for me until recently. I need new front brakes for my LS 460 and asked them to order the parts and do the work. I've heard nothing from them for a week. I've called and left messages but gotten no response. If they don't want to do the work, they need to tell me - not ignore me. This is frustrating! Update: David and the owner both apologized for not getting the estimate to me in a timely manner and offered me a nice discount. They just completed the work flawlessly! Sometimes you learn more about a company from how they recover from a mistake! Nice job, guys!!

I had my tire fix here. It was fairly quick. I show that the nail was small and they brought it inside and plug it. The charge me a little over $30 with I thought it was expensive and they did even put it on the car.

David and the team at Penrod's are truly professionals! They will give you a detailed, honest analysis and do a professional job on the repair. Not only that, but they are really fair in pricing! If you're in the area and need auto work done, I highly recommend them. If you don't at the very least give them a chance, you're doing yourself a disservice

They must be really busy doing transmissions. Called 3 times to check on car, no answer. Left message , called me back 2 days later. Overall was ok with price of getting transfixed.
