This place is just what you and your car needs! First let me start by saying the receptionist, Fernanda is amazing!! She is really the definition of above and beyond 🙌🏾 Long story short I’m from DC and my car started to jerk when we got on the highway coming from Gaithersburg. So we drove to the nearest auto repair shop. We told Fernanda what was wrong with our car she reset the check engine light, check under the hood and even ask a mechanic for a better understanding. She explain very clearly the issue and what they would be fixing, how long it would take and gave a reasonable price. We got there when they were closing and by the time we received the price it was 15 minutes to closing time. So we had to leave the car. We waited in our car for the ride to come, and just as they were closing up Fernanda was coming out to hand us the keys and to show us where the key drop was. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Not only is the customer service awesome but their establishment is very clean and inviting, down to the tissue in the bathroom lol. I definitely recommend the place if you need to get your car fixed. Oh and I forgot to say they even were able to get my tags on after going to 2 other places and them not being able to do it. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Perfect Auto!

If your a YOUNG WOMEN, AVOID this place at all cost. I went in for a simple state inspection after just moved to Maryland (it took over an hour for a simple inspection), and they tried to overcharge me, withhold information about registration laws and how it didn't apply to none-residence/me and push unnecessary repairs. They falsely claimed I needed to pay them $1,600 in new repairs including tires, (despite me having recently replaced them) to get my car inspection sticker..... Maryland doesn't even have a physical inspection sticker! and they could have been honest right there. Note: Inspections are usually $25 and take 15 minutes in most states but I said no problem to them but it took longer with no updates from them. ALSO, I didn't even need an inspection and they could have just told me that instead of making me pay $120 for nothing and trying to get anther $1600+ from me as well. After checking the official .gov site (and calling a guy friend who told me not to go back there because they are scamming) I was able to renew the same day without any issues (I paid my normal $94 to the state). THEY ARE DISHONEST AND PREDATORY. I’d recommend going to a reputable dealership instead as they have warranties for services and can be head accountable if they do something unethical! This company has dishonest people and to think people we not noticed there dishonest. Highly would not recommend. .................................................................................................... Update: YOU can not perform an inspection for another state! And you should know this and still did it anyway with out just informing me (dishonest). My plates where from Texas. People have to file to be a resident and change plates first in MD! You cant send inspection results to MD for my car because Im not even in the system. So, yes your dishonest or don't know the law for your own industry. A guy who is not even a mechanic told me this and my car inspection sticker from Texas is in the mail now! And no I will not call because places and people like you not worth the fight, neither will you do the right thing anyway. And my car dealership does a full-point-inspection for FREE. I get those every time I go for anything (its under warranty for things that did not work last time I paid). Point is - that service was NOT needed at all for my car! SO, yes your dishonest or have no idea what your doing. - And it did take over an hour. I was on my phone so I saw the start time of course, on top of that not even needing to be there. Which you should have informed me on - any professional in any industry who does GOOD business would educate the client if there coming for a service, not just take there money because they booked the appointment.

My BMW e36 M3 had tires mounted and four wheel alignment. Steering wheel was straight and no vibration from the tires on the highway. Excellent work for a reasonable price. Recommend Perfect Auto.

My wheel literally broke and I was directed here by a gas station repair man down the road. I was a 150 miles from home and it was literally my worst nightmare. Initially I thought it was simply the tire. Fernanda offered to fix that up in 20 minutes. Then she called me and pointed out the totally busted wheel. She tried to find me replacements and they were all waaaay to expensive. She tried harder than she needed to, but I appreciated it. She got my tire replaced and me on my way less than 24 hours later. She literally couldnt have done better. I STRONGLY recommend them.
