My husband was rear ended and went through our insurance to get damage fixed but chose to go to our place of choice not one of the GEICO partnership locations. It was our first experience with Perry Hall Auto Body shop but we were very happy with the repair work and customer service. Think they even washed our car for us when it was done. Insurance paid for damage but pricing seemed fair. Car was ready when they said and was very convenient to where we live. Would use them again if needed.

This company is Top-notch! While the parts took forever to come in (which is not their fault at all) they kept me in the loop about the realistic timeline for my repairs. Their staff is kind and extremely helpful. Super responsive, and kept me updated along the whole repair process. The actual repairs made my car look new. Couldn’t be happier&would recommend them to everyone!

Scammers….DO NOT go here for an inspection. We got an inspection paid $89 failed and we were told that the re-inspection would be free within 1,000 miles or 30 days. Asked them for a price to fix car to pass inspection and was told $3,000. When I asked for a breakdown or quote I was told I could only get one if they were doing the work. I opted to go elsewhere and paid half! Brought the car back for re-inspection within the 30 days and 1,000 miles and was told the cost was $59.00 because it had to go on a lift. Straight money grab, will never refer or do business with this place.

Did horrible paint work on my truck to the point that insurance had to put it in a different shop because perry hall didnt fix it after having it 3 separate times for over 3 months! Even worse they left a dent on the passenger door and wont give their insurance information to get it fixed...
