Phil & Mike are the absolute best. I’ve taken my car there twice and I’ll never go anywhere else as long as they’re there! They treat you like family and always give you a fair shake and tell you what’s really going on. The prices are always fair and the service has never failed me. I know another shop would have put me through the wringer with my last issue. They found the best solution and that was that. On top of everything, they are just the nicest humans. I 100% trust them and recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys!!!

Best place in Parkville to get your vehicle repaired! Prices are fair and the quality of the work is excellent! Extremely honest, I was expecting to need several repairs done that they told me wasn't needed. Another shop probably would have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and done the unnecessary repairs and charged me alot more! Also quick turn around time.

I was originally going to the Mr Tire next door for a simple oil change. I’m a long term customer of Mr tire. Made an appointment online the day before. Confirmed. Went in the next day to find Mr tire closed. Several other people came to find Mr tire closed after scheduling and confirming appointments. Their hours posted on the door say they should have been open. I called Phil & Mikes, they were transparent with the price and could take me immediately with no prior appointment. They were very respectful and transparent on the phone and in person. I was in and out in about 25 minutes for half the cost of Mr tire. It’s borderline the price of the oil itself! GO HERE FOR OIL CHANGES! Phil & Mike have earned a customer for life!

Phil and Mike to the rescue! The sleeve section of the exhaust system on my 10 year old car up and rusted right on through, and on a Friday, no less. I depend heavily on personal transportation for work, so it needed to be fixed fast; but due to a massive storm the night before, my usual auto repair shop was closed, and I had no idea where else to go. Of equal concern, having a "senior" vehicle with nearly 140k miles, and currently being underemployed (in this economy, no less), I was definitely worried about the potential cost! Thankfully, Phil and Mike were able to see me ASAP; and what's more, they patched the exhaust for a very reasonable fee! The repair unfortunately took longer than they anticipated, but they still honored the original quote, and didn't charge extra for the unexpected additional labor and time. What a relief! It can often be rather frustrating trying to find good, honest auto mechanics; and it can be even more difficult when you're a woman. I am so thankful to have found Phil and Mike-- what reassuring peace of mind it is to know my family can take our vehicles to fair, trustworthy mechanics. I am looking forward to working with them for future maintenance needs!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to look at my car as soon as I got there. Examined it and told me exactly what’s was wrong and even looked up and found a warranty to cover the expense for me. i Will definitely be back for future work.
