Marc and his staff are always on point with any vehicle related issue you may have. They are very knowledgeable, attentive and personable with each and everyone. I thought I was special every time I came in, but I noticed everybody was getting the same treatment as I was and it was a good feeling. Used this place for years and recommended others. My brakes and rotors that they installed failed in a year and a day. They did not honor my warranty that they say expired yesterday. Then accused me of both extreme driving or letting my car sit and rust the brakes. Neither happened! You pay for top notch parts, while they buy cheap parts to install on your car. It's on you when the cheap parts fail. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I WON'T AGAIN.

I came here for a second opinion on Maryland State Inspection and after being scammed from another repair shop, I was recommended Philmark Service Center from Koons in Tysons VA (where I bought my car originally) and the service here was great! Quick and efficient, definitely recommend.

2018 LINCOLN MKZ RESERVE IVE HAD MY SHARE OF BAD SERVICE FROM DEALERSHIPS FOR MY CAR I WAS ADAMANT I WAS NOT GOING BACK FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDED FOR MY CAR. A COUPLE WEEKS AGO MY CAR HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AFTER I GOT MY OIL CHANGED I TOOK IT TO AUTO ZONE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS SO I STARTED LOOKING ONLINE TO SEE WHAT AUTO SERVICE PLACES WITH GREAT REVIEWS SO I SAW PHILMARK WITH OUTSTANDING REVIEWS SO I TOOK A CHANCE I CALLED THEM AND ASK IF THEY TAKE MY WARRANTY THEY SAID YES SO I DROPPED MY CAR OFF THEY CHECKED IT OUT AND IT ENDED UP BEING A PURGE VALVE. SOMETHING SIMPLE I KNOW BUT I WAS SOLD ON THE PROFESSIONALISM AND HOW GREAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE! A+++++++ SERVICE ❤️
