Joel was an absolute lifesaver! I had been on my way to an appointment when my tire went flat out of nowhere at full speed on the highway. I was trying and failing to put the spare on myself when Joel stopped to help me. He was so kind and professional and made sure I was good to go—and I wasn't even late for my appointment! Joel was so professional and respectful. my truck was reading an error code and instead of making up a bunch of different things like auto shops do, he narrowed down to what was wrong.
