This shop is a joke. I brought my car in for what should’ve been a simple brake job, and it turned into a week-long headache. First, they promised it would be done the same day—then kept pushing the pickup time without any updates. I had to call them multiple times just to find out what was going on. When I finally got my car back, not only was it filthy inside, but the brakes were making more noise than before. I went back, and they acted like I was imagining things and refused to take responsibility. The guy at the front desk was beyond rude and actually laughed when I expressed my frustration. I ended up going to another mechanic who told me the work was either never done or done incorrectly. These people are unprofessional, careless, and completely untrustworthy. Don’t let them near your vehicle.
