I had such a great experience with PJ Towing! My Wrangler was stuck on the side of the road, and someone was out to me in less than 10 minutes. The driver was extremely professional, kind, and made a stressful situation so much easier. There was a slight hiccup after drop-off when the dealership couldn’t locate my key, but the dispatcher was incredibly communicative and proactive. They kept me updated and even had the tow driver go back to the dealership to personally show them exactly where the key was. I really appreciated that level of customer service and follow-through. If you’re ever in a tough spot and need reliable, fast, and professional service, I highly recommend PJ Towing!

I had Michael Wells of pjs towing and recovery haul my destination trailer 3 hours from PA to Lusby, MD and the trip went flawless. Micheal drives this wrecker like he’s been doing it his whole life and double checked everything at every stop we made to make sure everything was good to keep going. Allstate Roadside Assistance sent them. The dispatcher was very nice, sorry I don't remember her name, and they arrived within a half hour of my request. Tow truck driver, also don't remember his name, I'm terrible with names, got my truck to Ford quickly and with no issues. Thank you.

Showed that a driver was 50 mins out then the rep or receptionist called asking if i needed a tow immediately and i confirmed i did so she cancelled saying there wasn't anyone nearby ....if that was the case no one should've accepted the request
