Great addition to the area. I’ve had a few different services done here. Rear tail lights were out, just a fuse but got it figured out quickly. They diagnosed a bad hub and had that done in no time as well. Basic oil change, another in and out. Great mechanics and Jeremy at the desk is easy to work with. Will be returning for any further mechanic work I need done.

Had appointment for oil change and they got me in early and was very efficient time wise. Very courteous, friendly customer service and pricing was outstanding! Only complaint: was told I had a winter tire on the back and needed rotated to the front which I knew was incorrect, I just had them installed recently at another service station. Small town here boys....just sayin'.

I called Platts Auto Repair about a month ago with concerns on my Chevy Cavalier. I called them because they are in Lonaconing and its nice to have a shop so close to my home. They told me to bring it up and they would take a look at it. They told me it needed an axle seal put on the drivers side. When I got home and spoke to my husband I called them back and scheduled the service. They said it would take around an hour so I sat at the shop while it was being repaired. After sitting for about 4 hours, one of them drove me home because the young man working on it accidentally broke the seal and they had to purchase another one. I was not charged for the mishap and the other part or the extra time put into the repair. Here is the thing though. 2 weeks after I had this fixed my car started driving very poorly. I took it to a different mechanic and this is where I find out what Platts Auto Repair did! They put a hole in my axle and tried to cover it up with silicone! So this cost me almost $250! I'm temped to talk to a lawyer because it's not ever the point of the money I spent it's the point that my families lives go in this car almost daily and for them to do something like this to a vehicle, they shouldn't even be open for business!

So incredibly easy to work with! Very transparent and honest. They really look out for their customers and provide A+ care you won't find at any chain shops. 100% will be bringing all my other vehicles here for future needs.
