Al at Pleasanton Cycle has been working on my motorcycles and jet skis for at least 25 years. He has always done great work. He delivers on time and is well priced. I've also had tires put on my car there. I can't say enough good things!

Went to this place for tires on my car and another time for tires on my bike.i was so happy with those business transactions that I took my bike there for it’s oil changes tune ups and overall maintenance. the service every time has been quality. I think this guy dreams of motorcycles in his sleep. He is so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my bike after dealing with this guy and his excellent work.

BUYER BEWARE......STAY AWAY! Here's the brief version of a 3 week long mess (and still ongoing): I was looking for a reliable used ski for my wife and kids. He told me he had one that his family used for a while. He said it was a "very reliable, great running jet ski that runs perfectly that he had just completely overhauled from front to back". I bought it, picked it up on the way to the shore, went to put it into the water and it wouldn't start. I immediately called him and he gave me a couple basic troubleshooting tips but nothing worked. I called him a few times after and couldn't even get a call back. I gave it a couple days and he still wouldn't return my calls. I was over 3 hours away from him so I took it to another nearby repair shop a friend recommended. Come to find out, there were multiple reasons why the ski wouldn't start, as well as many other reasons it would likely continue to break down again & again in the very near future. Quite simply, there was no way the ski would be a reliable ski and was in the excellent running mechanical condition Pleasanton's claimed it was. After hearing my nightmare story in dealing with Pleasanton's, the guy from the other repair shop didn't charge me for his time (he said he felt bad we were so badly taken advantage of) and he suggested I take the ski back as this would definitely NOT be the reliable ski I thought I was buying. So I left more messages at Pleasanton's. Finally, several days later, he answered my call and gave me a hard time about EVERYTHING as if this was all my fault. I informed him that I had taken the ski to another shop to get it started and get a 2nd opinion on the condition of the ski he sold me and he flipped out! I explained I think it's best if I just brought the ski back and he refund my money as this is not what I thought I was buying. His response was "sorry dude, I already spent your money, I'm not taking it back and that ski's your problem now". I'm still fighting the issue but thought it was best to make this info public!

I met Al today !:We could hang out . He changed the back tire on my 2022 Trump Scrambler. Very reasonable and work completed quickly yes strongly recommend

Beware Beware Beware.. Dropped off jet ski didn't hear anything for 2 months. Then finally heard from him right after thanksgiving. Told me what it needed. I said just winterize it. Picked up a month later. Hoses all disconnected battery out. Never have I ever seen a skii winterized like this..well that's because they never winterized it. Took it to different shop for 2nd opinion. He said when he fired it up there was so much water in engine, I'm lucky it didn't crack. People stay away from this place. If there is a good review it's proably one of his friends.....Beware!!!!
