Recently I got work done on my car from here. I was in a minor side swipe accident. The insurance company who fixed my car was Progressive. This shop was very rude and has terrible communication. My car was gone for 2 weeks and they did not keep me updated on my car’s status. I dropped my car off on Monday July 14th and didn’t receive my car until Friday August 1st. I called them on Thursday July 31st and they told me my car would be ready the next day. Then they demanded I pick up my car on Friday even though I was working all day. I told them I couldn’t pick it up and asked them to hold it until Tuesday. They told me they wouldn’t hold it any longer than Monday. I also told them to give my car a diagnostic because it was doing this strange thing to me. It would pop up with a message on the dashboard saying “Check Hybrid System” and then the car would immediately downshift and won’t go past 13mph. I told them this started happening after the accident. They told me they would look into it. When I came to pickup my car they lied to me saying “nothing came up”. Yesterday my car said this same message 3 separate times while I was working. I drive for work so my car is a necessity for me. They did not fix my car like they said they would. The body work is fine, but the fact that they lied to me and demanded I come pick my car up when my schedule was very tight is wrong. If they gave me more notice, it would’ve been fine. This whole situation even with Progressive has been a pain. This shop and Progressive both have terrible communication. Deal with caution.

Place is unprofessional and rude! Don't take your car here. They will yell and scream you. They will call you one time. Not leave a voicemail on why they are calling and then call you back 5 days later. Saying your car is ready. But they will tell the insurance company your car is ready 5 days ago and if you have a rental car. The rental car company will charge for the extra days you had your car for. Because this company screwed you over! Even though you called muilpite times asking if your car was ready yet!

Terrible communication skills will never use again. Car was never completed the first time and took way longer than it should have. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here to get work done!

Thus shop iscthe absolute worst. I have been dealing with them since October 1st, today us November 18. They have had my vehicle 49 days. I hit a deer. On 10/31/25. They called me and told me that the car was ready, however there were no lights at all on the front passenger side. On 10/23 they sent the car to Nissan first a wheel alignment and to check the engine, because after hitting the deer that went all the way under the car and knocked the oil filter out the engine was making a noise. I told them that I was not going to accept the car if it did not go to Kia service to check the engine. I asked why my car was at Nissan, to which Mike Manning replied there was a tech there that could do the work, so I sent it there. I told him that I wanted my Kia to go to the Kia service department. He said okay. The next day my car went to the Kia Service department. They did a diagnosis, and the car was ready that same evening from what I am told. The car sit at Kia from 10/23 until 10/31 9whole days and I did not hear anything from Kia or the collision center. I called Kia on the 30th, and was told that the headlamp was out, I was like wow, they didn't put a bulb in. The guy was like "no", you need the whole assembly, it is $1400, and $400 to install. Your service advisor Lynn said she told you it needed this and you declined. Not true, again. I did not hear anything from either of them until I called on the 30th. Situation was not true. As stated Mike told me my car was ready, but no lights "I turned it in to the insurance company, but they denied it. It should also be noted that I did not want Pohanka to fix my car. When I made the claim I told them I wanted Caliber Collision to fix my car. The lady told me that was not one of their authorized centers and the work would not be guaranteed. I called Mike later on the 31st. I said you said my car is ready right, and you said there are no lights at all on the passenger side right. He responded yes to both. I then said we'll is it safe, and is it legal. He said I would say no to both, but the insurance is the one who denied it. He tried to get out of line, thinking he was going to yell at me, and talked to me like a child, but I informed him that he was not. I told him I was not picking the car up. The insurance was just as bad. My rental coverage ended d on 10/31, and they would not extend it, so I am paying for the rental. I also asked Ike if a deer hit my car, why wouldn't they check the headlights. He said we'll it was going out intermittently, and we told Kia to check it. Not true. I called Lynn at Kia and asked her what my car came there for and she said to see if the oil leak was from the accident and the headlamp. Both of these answers were incorrect. I told her that was not true and asked her was my paperwork going to say that the car was there for the headlights. She then said "no", our tech did a diagnosis, and he noticed the lights were out. I wrote one of the CEO" at the insurance. I received multiple calls and was told that they did not look deep enough, they were looking for physical damage, and it was internal. They said that they contacted the collision center and told them to go ahead and order the parts they were going to fix it. This was on 11/7. I have not heard a singles word from anyone at the collision center since 10/31. I did contact the insurance and told them this. They contacted the collision center and were told that the part had not come in yet. I would think thst the collision center would have contacted me told me the insurance approved the repair if the part had been ordered, when it was expected to arrive, and when they planned on having my vehicle fixed.I heard nothing at all from them. Again, they are the worst, they lie, they do not communicate, and they work for the benefit of the insurance. Unfortunately for them I am not one of those people who stand for nothing, fall for anything. I would highly recommend that everyone stay as far away from these folks as possible. You will more likely than not be sorry if you choose them.

Went for estimate on Jeep damage, was quick and fair pricing. Ease in making repair appointment.
