I would give them a 0 star rating if they had one !! I have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my life!! It took me 3 weeks to post this, cause I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But, after giving me the run around about my car , and NEVER calling me back , or attempting to even fix the problem with it, or ,at least tell me what was going on with it , this is how I feel about your service department!!! I went cause my engine light was blinking. After sitting there from 9am until 3pm, without any word on it, they finally tell me I need to leave it. They needed to overnight a part so they could get inside of the engine, that it was on Hyundais' end. Something having to do with a possible recall, which I had already figured out. Then says , sorry we can't help you with a loaner vehicle, so you need someone to pick you up. Then I need to figured out transportation for work until they check it out. So, my daughter takes to me to work the next day. I finally call them at 2:30 cause they never called me. He said , I can't find the part, I don't think it came. Leave it here another night. So, I did. He said I will call you tomorrow. The next day came and I hear nothing. So , I called him. Still, no part. He said, I still don't see it. I said , listen , you told the past 2 days you overnighted the part you needed but you can't find it. He said ,I will call you back. I told him I needed the car cause it was my only vehicle. So, then, he tells me the part isn't going to be there until the following week. I said , I'm sorry, but I can't leave my car there that long without having a way back and forth to work. I need to come and get it. He said ok. I said I would be there at 530 when I got off work. When I do get there, the girl at front desk handed me my keys , and said I would have to go get my car myself. I said well where is? She said somewhere on one of the back rows, I don't know. Go find it. I almost cried. So I walk out to my daughter's vehicle with tears in my eyes. She asked me what was wrong , and I told her. So, she drove me around towards the back of the building and lot . They had it parked right next to the fence. It looked like they hadn't done anything to it. Or, had planned on it!! So, I got in it to start it . It wouldn't start whatsoever!! I was oh my God!! I had told guy in the department to make sure it was ready when I got there!! I called my daughter real quick cause she was at the end of the driveway waiting on me. She said oh no!! So she came back and got me and took me back to the office! We went in there and told them my wouldn't start at all. When I came in there I was driving my car!! I'm still waiting for them to look at it!!! It has to be fixed!!! I heard a few horror stories from people about them since them !
