I’ve been to this center several times, and honestly, my past experiences weren’t good. About a year ago, I had a battery issue and even had a valid coupon, but the representative refused to honor it. The supervisor wasn’t helpful either, so my overall impression was pretty negative. But this time was completely different. I met Duane Briggs, and he was a superstar. He was very welcoming, provided fast and efficient service, and explained everything clearly. He didn’t push unnecessary services—just friendly, honest recommendations. This experience completely changed my view of this center. Highly recommended, especially if you can work with Duane.

I bought my truck October 2025 from Pohanka so I had oil changes with quick lanes the first year with my warranty and I never really paid attention until yesterdayI just took my truck there yesterday and I had the most horrible experience and it makes you wonder why people don’t like to go to shops or trust people to work on their vehicles. They lied to me and said my tires were rotated, but I know my truck and I know what rims were where and the same rims were where they were before I took it there so they had to take the truck back in to rotate the tires In front of me, the manager took me back, not including they put the cheap oil in your vehicles. I’m very disappointed and I will never go there again and I would not trust them. Plus, they stopped doing the video oil change so you don’t even know what they’re doing to your vehicle now on top of having one of the employees lie to you. I mean the guy literally lied to my face in the office and it was a big ordeal like I said it was the most horrible experience. I’ve had you cannot trust anyone

The absolute best in and out shop for your vehicle! I can’t praise these guys enough. They definitely went above and beyond for me when I took my Toyota Corolla in for oil change and ended up needing more work done even gave me a loaner to use so I had transportation. Kevin and his staff are very professional and quick. Treat their customers like friends which in my book means the most! If you’re ever in need of work to your vehicle stop by here before you go somewhere else they are now my permanent go to shop for work they have definitely earned my business.

This place is GREAT! Nate checked me in very quickly and was pleasant. Tavian was AMAZING throughout the whole process. I came in for a oil change and different things were needed. Tavian made sure to explain everything and answered all questions. He made it less stressful. I would recommend this place anytime to anyone! Thank you TAVIAN AND NATE!!!

First I rarely fill out reviews, but the manager Kevin Sullivan since pohanka Recently purchased the Ford dealer And they strive for excellence. I am retired ford senior master tech for Almost 30 years. Why am I have my oil changed instead of doing it my self? Well they had a coupon for the works package and I thought for the first time Ever I would have them do it. This is a 2021 ford ranger A rubber splash shield needs to be removed for access to the oil filter. There are plastic fasteners with a small Plastic set screw in the middle of the fasteners. When I got home I took a look At the shield for my own piece of mind And 2 if the fasteners are gone. I sent Kevin a text he responded he will call me the next morning. I received no call, so I stopped by the dealer later that day. They pulled the truck in the shop and just a few minutes told me it was good to go. I took a look and they installed some generic fasteners. Will they hold it Yes, but are they like it was when I brought the truck in No. So they ordered the correct fasteners And told me they would give ma a call This was Friday. By next Thursday I had sent Kevin 2 messages asking about them No Respone. So I stopped by today and they did have them and installed the correct ones. My 3 star review Is from the fact I had to call and stop 3 times before the problem was fixed.
