Service rep was very friendly. He was helpful with explaining the services that I went there for. However when I went to the cashier’s desk to pay, I had an issue with my bill. After a few minutes of waiting, the teenager at the register had a terrible attitude. He started pacing around and giving me and my partner dirty looks when we were discussing the bill amongst ourselves. He tossed my car key at me when I asked for it after paying. I was also promised a complimentary car wash that I did not get for some reason. I don’t think I’ll be returning here, it was not a great experience.

I can't say anything about this particular dealership but I can tell you I will never own anything but a toyota. Not only note the miles but also the miles per gallon. This is a 2019 I got in June of 2020 that had 2000 on it. Best car ever and I'm about to hit 60 and had a lot of cars.

Ad usual, Pohanka tries to screw you out of money—nickle and fuming you to death. I bring a coupon that they mailed me for an oil change and they accept the coupon when I drop the car off and then try to say it’s not valid. After the work was done! Really? They accepted the coupon at drop off! Tried to bait and switch and then acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to honor the coupon. I should know better than to come here. 2 stars because the checkout lady was sweet and clearly embarrassed at the whole situation.
