The service person that took care of my car was Kelsi. I can't say enough good thing about her. She treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like I was the only customer there. I am pretty detailed and she listened and answered all of my questions. What was really great was that she was in constant communication with me. I know that if I ever need anything for my car she is the only person I will go to. If you want great service go to Porsche of Owings Mills and ask for her.
