This is your go-to car mechanic no matter how complicated the car trouble is. In my case, it was the engine oil pump replacement issue of 2020 Mercedes GLE-350. Dealer asked for $3400 and PQ did the job for a little over half the price. They spent almost two days which is how long this job takes as it requires to dismantle the entire engine - huge job! honestly I was worried when I saw my Mercedes ripped into pieces, however, they assured me that this is a routine case for them. At the end, I am very happy and kept lots of money in my pocket. I recommend PQ to everyone w/o reservation.

I called PQ automotive this past Saturday and Serkan himself answered the phone. I had an urgent situation with a vehicle that I was trying to purchase, and I wanted his opinion on the viability of the vehicle. Serkan was extremely flexible with his time, even though I had called him on a weekend. He met me, assessed the car, gave me valuable insight on the vehicle, what to watch out for, what is good, what has potential to break down, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars, and shared that information freely, without any expectation of remuneration. I highly recommend this facility. The mechanics are efficient and most importantly honest regarding the work that your car needs. They do not try to overcharge and really care about their customers! I have been coming to this place over 5 years .

Our 2019 Odyssey needed front end suspension work. They took care of us. For less than the dealership too! That's alright with me!!! We live in Glen Burnie so this shop is out of the way for us but we'll definitely be doing all future work here! Thanks Serkan!!

Best decision I made was to start taking my BMWs to Serkan instead of BMW Service. Serkan is great! He is trustworthy, does a great job and doesn’t overcharge or find problems that don’t exist. I used to think my first BMW was a lemon. Highly recommend Serkan and PQ Automotive!
