My car was broken into yesterday. They broke my front passenger car window. I contacted with Precision Auto Glass in Columbia and they gave me a very reasonable price to replace my window. They cleaned all the shattered glasses and replaced my window in less than an hour and a half. On top of that they are extremely kind and friendly. Highly recommend them. 10/10.

Excellent service and very professional. Despite the short notice, my appointment was accommodated on the same day. The gentleman at the desk got them started on my vehicle fairly quickly. My window had some issues with the frame inside, which they were able to fix and replace the glass perfectly. It told about 20 mins, I paid my tab and was out the door. Days later the window still rolls up and down as if it were factory(no stutters). I’m very satisfied, thanks again.

Amazing service! Immaculate installation. Called on Thursday at 12:30 to drop a 2020 Higlander with all the bells and whistles for a windshield replacement. Dropped if off at 6:30 that night. Received a text Friday morning at 9:30 that the glass and calibration was done. Not a fingerprint to be found. VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!! Be sure to support this business for your auto glass needs!!!
