No pressure, just honest advice and genuine parts, not aftermarket. Throughout the repair, he sent photo updates and showed impressive care and professionalism. Payment was easy with a clear, detailed invoice. When I picked up the car, the improvement was amazing. Xavier is a master mechanic who takes pride in his work. Xavier was great in communicating throughout the process and gave video updates for the service on my Acura TSX, which I sent in for valve adjustment and valve cover gasket replacement. Arrangement of drop-off and pickup was also very smooth. He also found other items that need work, and gave video to support those findings as well. I will be going back to him to get those issues addressed as well.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Xavier work on several of my cars. My first experience with him was when he performed the major timing belt service on my 2015 Acura RDX. He completed the service quickly and for much less than the dealer was charging. Most recently, I acquired an S2000 that had been neglected. I brought the car to Xavier and after a thorough inspection, he suggested repairs and general maintenance items to bring the car back to its original glory. He provided me with video/picture evidence of the issues and was never pushy. During the service, he consistently provided me with updates including video of the work that he was performing. When I purchased the S2000, I was concerned with a noise coming from the drivetrain and had him take a look. I was expecting a very costly repair but he took the the time to consider every possibility so that I wouldn’t have to unnecessarily spend a lot of money. He was eventually able to isolate the problem to set of axle nuts that were not torqued/greased to spec. A potentially costly repair was resolved with a pair of axle nuts that cost less than $20! PrecisionRS will treat your car as if it was their own, at a cost that is lower than the dealership. I feel fortunate to have a mechanic that is not only incredibly skilled, but is very honest and has great customer service! Thank you!
