I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience when picking up my car. After nearly two weeks of delays and poor communication, I arrived on the day the manager, DJ, told me I could pick up my vehicle. His demeanor was visibly irritated, and he spoke impatiently to both a coworker and to me. When I provided a check, he became accusatory and implied I was attempting to scam the shop simply because the address on my check didn’t match my ID. Instead of calmly explaining that he couldn’t accept it, he spoke to me in a hostile, disrespectful manner, made unnecessary comments about where I live, and even made a snide remark when my boyfriend ultimately paid with his card. He also complained about being there on his day off, despite me being offered Saturday pickup. I left feeling humiliated and extremely uncomfortable. Because of the unprofessional attitude and the way I was spoken to, I cannot recommend this shop. Update 26Nov: I discovered that 3 of my wheel lug bolts were loose. 1 on the front right and 2 on the rear left. The caliper bleeder valve caps were also left off after they did the brake flush. Not only can I not recommend them for their lack of professionalism, but now I can't trust their work quality either.

Absolutely recommend this shop! As a woman, it’s easy to worry about being taken advantage of, but I felt totally respected here. Everyone was friendly, no pressure, and no weird vibes. The price came in lower than quoted (yes, really!), and they don’t charge for diagnostics, which is amazing. Fast service, honest work, and all-around good people. I left doing a happy dance, literally 💃🙌Will definitely be back!

One of the worst shops in the DMV. If you want your time to be wasted, go here. Dropped off my car on Tuesday and DJ said it would be done in about 2 days. A week go by and I call and he says he won’t work on it and need to come pick it up. Was very rude and unprofessional in the phone. Time wasted. As an advice; don’t waste your time. Find a better mechanic.

Excellent service. Fair prices. I got my transmission and engine rebuilt here. Now I have a practically new vehicle. Ask for Danny. Friendly, quick turnaround. Love this place!
