I had an amazing experience at Premier Auto & Tire in Elkton, Maryland. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and treated with genuine respect. The entire team made the process smooth, comforting, and stress-free. Justice and Justin, the managers, were absolutely incredible. They were warm, knowledgeable, and patient. They took their time explaining everything and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Their customer service was outstanding — they treated me like family, not just another person on the schedule. Andy, the technician who worked on my car, did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional, and extremely helpful. He didn’t rush through anything, and he checked everything carefully to make sure the car was safe and running properly. When he discovered an issue involving a mouse nest, he didn’t charge me anything extra to handle it. That level of integrity and kindness is rare, and it meant a lot. The whole team went above and beyond. They checked the charging system, replaced what needed to be replaced, and gave me peace of mind before handing my keys back. I felt completely comfortable the entire time. The environment was inviting, the staff was friendly, and the service was top tier. My car is running beautifully now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Premier Auto & Tire is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever dealt with. They’re honest, skilled, and truly care about their customers. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quoted me less than half of what they actually ended up charging me. Went there to get my window fixed initially. Got a complete flat tire on the way home from picking it up. Had to use my donut for 1.5 days & drop it off again for them to fix the “ mysterious “pressurized burst”. On my way back I also noticed my speakers were no longer connected, which they forgot to reconnect after working on my window. Just sloppy work if you ask me. Talked me into getting new rims for my wheels while they were at it for 3 of them to fall off while driving over the course of a few months (after kicking them back on almost every time I got out of my car). Anyways here I am not even 6 months later and the same window they had “fixed” is completely broken. I do not have a new or fancy car. This should be simple work and not cost me and arm and a leg. I won’t be going back. Would give less than one star if I could. They also sent me home with about $1000 worth of problems I needed to come back to get fixed asap.

I took my car in to have them look at it. For a diagnostic .The price of the repair needed. They said was over $400 more then then what other places I had called around to said they could do it for. So when I picked up my car the steering wasn't right I had said something to the man behind the counter at time before I left their shop. I got home opened my hood and my serpentine belt was just sitting on top of My engine they never bothered to put the belt back on my Car. It really makes me wonder if they even did the diagnostic check that I paid for. That is a picture of where my belt was when I opened up my hood.

I have been here twice and I absolutely love these guys. They did my Maryland state inspection and it was quick and I had to come back to get it redone and they were fantastic. I just went in today for a tire patch up or what I thought would be a tire repair and it was actually only the valve step, these guys are really honest and I highly highly recommend them
