The Tech was friendly and very good at finding the problem and pointed out some hidden dangers. Also recommended tires and other options for my car. I will be a regular customer moving forward.

Called to have my older Benz looked at because it had developed a misfire. They told me they probably couldn't do much until Thursday but if I dropped it off earlier they would take a look. They took a look on Tuesday and told me what they discovered and I also asked them to take care of a couple other items I forgot to mention. They gave the car a good once-over and I added some work I wanted to be completed to my original list and everything was finished on Friday the same week. Kept me informed along the way. The car runs like new. Again, great communication, clean shop, happy with the labor charges. Will definitely return for future service needs.
