Just went here today for the first time and couldn’t be happier! D (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I was in and out the same day and my car is as good as new. Will definitely be back for any future repairs!

I have to say that when meeting the owner, the procedure that was explained to me on the repairs that I was needing on my Porsche was very easy to follow. I highly recommend this auto shop! Just moved to the area, and had to replace my tires. Purchased them from Tire Rack, and got them shipped to this recommended place for mounting and balancing. Even though their charges are higher than most other places, I preferred them following the good reviews. Well, they did quite a terrible job in balancing my tires. They were way off, and the car was shaking at 55mph. Besides, the weights were just ugly looking outside the rims. They did not ask where to place them. They checked everything else I did not ask for, and sent a report on it with photos, which is the only thing I liked. It took them a day to do all this. I did not go again, since I observed the overall attitude was just insincere. After that, I had to get my tires correctly balanced somewhere else. Had a better price, better communication, much better work. As simple as that.

I was happily surprised by how nice the owner was. When I called he spoke clearly and answered all my questions. When I brought the car in he gave me a free inspection and beat the price of a competitor (chain company). The job was done quickly and well. I am definitely bringing my car back here if I have anymore issues. Being new to the area I am happy to find a good mechanic. I will recommend Premier Motors LLC to anyone who asks me for a car shop.
