Absolutely exceptional service. After being in an accident where the windshield shattered, another facility neglected to detail my car and left it full of glass and glass shards. I brought my car to Premium Professional Auto Detailing and John took incredible care of me and my car. He was so thorough and went over my car multiple times. He called me and communicated with me about the process and let me leave my car there until I could come back and get it (I live and work in DC). Human to human, this was wonderful. Moreover, my car looked brand new when I got it back. It was a glimmer of hope in a really unfortunate situation. I am greatful to John and his team and will absolutely be back for detailing in the future.
