Monday Feb. 23rd, on my way to work, my transfer gear sheared and my car was done. I had it towed to Prestige and as busy as they were, by Tues. they had the car in the air, the problem identified, what the repair would entail, estimate repair time and costs. It was clearly explained to me what my options were and the cost difference between using after-mrk. parts vs. OEM. As well as, what if any pros or cons of using each were. By Thursday afternoon it was fixed!.....even though my parts were not just sitting on a shelf in the back of the shop... Even though the repair was costly, I would have paid at least double if i had the work done at a dealer. I don't work for free and never expect those i do business with, to either. I have never had anything but an extremely positive experience with Prestige, in the 2.5 years I have been using them for standard servicing. It's hard to find both an honest shop with well trained techs, who can properly fix a car....and they do it with the service and personal touch, which only a caring owner can provide. I honestly wonder if any of the negative reviewers, ever had their car there! If they did, I wonder if it had something more to do with them; than any services provided by Prestige. Any interactions, which were not to my complete satisfaction, have always been properly addressed and taken care of till i was completely satisfied!!! As long as they are fixing cars, they'll be fixing mine! John K 02/27/2026

Rick is the best! He is so knowledgeable and so kind and accommodating. I called on a Friday. My battery was dead after coming home from vacation and he said bring it in and he went above and beyond and got people to stay late just so I could get my car back for the weekend. I have and will always recommend him to anybody that ask for a good auto mechanic for luxury vehicles.

Rick and his team have worked on 4 different cars of ours over the last 15 years. I have complete trust in the work they performed for me. I believe they provide honest and thorough diagnosis and repairs. My most recent issue was a transmission slippage while on the highway. While the onboard computer showed no issues, they researched Acura documentation and found a technical bulletin advising a software update may be required for my car. It worked!! Thanks to Rick and team!
