I had my car repaired at Preston Auto Body after a car accident and the staff was very friendly but I noticed that my car was making a strange sound after picking it up. The noise became progressively worse/louder after a few days. I returned to Preston Auto Body to have them look at my car. After taking my car into the shop I was told that they think it may have been my axle, but couldn’t say if that came from hitting a deer due to my car being older; mind you my car is a 2021. Had I known that my vehicle wasn’t going to be examined properly I would have chosen a different body shop. Due to Preston Auto Body already fixing the damage that you could see it’s hard for another body shop to determine the true damage. Luckily I was able to reopen my claim and go elsewhere for additional repairs. I definitely learned my lesson, and will never use them again and will also make my car purchases somewhere other than the Preston Autoplex.

100/10 customer service, I’ve had nothing but great experiences from the Preston family. Dropped my truck off on Tuesday and they replaced the entire driver side fender because of shipping damage from the dealership when I purchased it, and they had me back in the truck on Friday. Everything looks perfect and my truck is spotless too, I recommend Preston Auto Body to anyone that needs work done!

I am extremely happy with the auto body shop in Preston. The customer service was the best I have seen. Took my tailgate off so I would not be with my truck. I was also surprised that they were able to keep my Marine Corp Emblem on. It took me an hour each but the work and customer service excided my expectations and was worth the drive. Thank You so much.

I am so disappointed. The staff is SO NICE, I really trusted them. Dropped my car off for a rear bumper repair. Picked it up and discovered a really large front bumper chip down to the primer that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Obviously never going back, and so disappointed, based on the truly great customer service at the desk. Honestly, matches my whole experience at Preston - super nice salespeople until the second they get your check, and then drama, mistakes, and ripoffs from that moment on. Never again. NOTE: The comment they left said someone would call me. They did not. It is weeks later. Don't believe the lies.
