From start to finish, Ryan was absolutely amazing — punctual, professional, and on top of every detail. This was an out-of-state purchase, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about my overall experience with Preston CDJR of Millsboro! I live out of town and Estevan made everything seamless, even in the midst of the holidays and end of the year busyness. Every question and concern I had about buying a preowned car from 200+ miles away was met with great patience and detail. Their preowned warranty gave me extra peace of mind that any warranty issues would be taken care of. When a small issue came up in regards to a warranty item, Keith, the sales manager, was incredibly fast in getting that resolved. I wish Preston dealerships were in my area because I would love to send all of my friends and family to them. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you again!

I purchased my vehicle June 3rd and still don't have my tags. My temp tag expires tomorrow. Spent hours at the DMV last night, per the direction of the tag and title department at Preston, only to be told they can't give me another temp tag. Now tag and title refuses to take my call and will only communicate through email. But I shouldn't worry because Preston assures me that they will take care of it if I get a ticket for expired registration...

Worked with Antonio, he worked out a deal with us on a very short notice and was able to get the deal done and car delivered to us in a 2 day period over the phone. Great customer service, highly recommend Edit, Antonio left the company and failed to finish the deal. We have been passed around and even though spare key was forgotten with initial delivery still 6 months later we have not received the key!
