Never in my life will I come back here. 3 things needed fixed when I bought it and they waited until I called multiple times to fix them. They have said 3 times that I can’t get tags from the MVA. Not true, I have been there twice to check. Then I have a check engine light come on and they’re charging almost $300 for the diagnostic. FOR LOW COOLANT. It’s a scam I promise.

Front desk service person totally unaware. Never advised that there was a diagnostic charge of $197.50 even though I told them what the problem was as the light on the dash told me what the problem was.

Great customer service. Tire repair on my Cadillac was great. Waiting room could be cleaned more and stocked with beverages. Water fountain needs repaired. Overall nice people and they do great work from when I owned a brand new Chevy to now my new Cadillac.

Just the worst new car buying experience I've ever had. After negotiating on a truck and a price. It took them over 2 hours to get the paperwork ready. Then they took us to another car dealer to do the paperwork. By then my wife and I were totally drained. We did notice that they were charging us $799 for document fees, charging us for a lien which we didn't get we played cash. Charging us $50 for $20 temporary tags. Then I found out later that they never paid all the sales tax to Pennsylvania only half of it these people are definitely crooks be aware Richard E. Ammons

Seems every dealer has a scam or "special". While waiting they sold a woman in the waiting room a cabin air filter for almost $130. When the got done with my oil change, guess what. Mechanic recommended a cabin air filter for me. I said is it $130? Because I just looked, the filter is$20-30. And it's literally a 5 minute job. Service writer got very silent and promptly gave us our bill. Just saying, be careful. I honestly wonder if they even replaced the lady cabin filter
