Would recommend not spending your time & money with the service center if you can help it. Very unorganized and will waste your whole day. Brought my car in at 20k miles for oil change & service. They offer free oil change the first couple times after buying a car from them. After 2 HOURS!! of waiting the car was done. They text a link with digital paperwork when you leave. I check the paper work later in the day, the oil was never changed. So what exactly was being done for 2 whole hours????? I brought the car back and they agreed to change the oil, waited another 30mins. Please be sure to get a physical copy of what was done during your visit, and double check it before you leave. Service advisors were Amber Chandler and Rachel Coyne, maybe ask for someone else if theyre assigned to you. They would have let me drive another 10k miles with old oil.

Rachel was AMAZING! She was so friendly, kind, and patient, and she had a great attitude and presence. She explained everything concerning my vehicle well and helped me make the right decision for myself and my vehicle. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful as well! Koons Easton Toyota is my go to place to have my Rav4 serviced. Everyone and I do mean everyone is so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They care about the customer and they care about the customer's vehicle. I am kept well posted of what is happening with my vehicle as I wait. Top notch service!!

Amber, very polite service advisor. Automated message indicated car would be ready by 12 noon, it was ready by 1.15pm…….somewhat misleading! What is very apparent in my dealings with Koons is that their energy & professionalism is in their sales efforts & not in follow up services. However, I really like my 2024 RAV4!

Service providers are always friendly and helpful. However, the new service portal provides no easy way to decline extra services and I am never actually notified when my truck is ready for pick up. Thinking they may over book and cannot perform timely maintenance...
