⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care, Fair Pricing, and Truly Above-and-Beyond Service Primetime Auto absolutely exceeded my expectations. After my car was towed there following an extremely overpriced estimate from Audi, I was honestly stressed and unsure of what to expect. Althought Inwas quite agittaed by what happeened to my car , from the very beginning, the team at Primetime handled everything with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. They took excellent care of my vehicle throughout the entire process and kept me informed along the way. What stood out most was their transparency and fair pricing—especially compared to the dealership. They clearly explained what was needed, charged a reasonable and honest price, and delivered high-quality work without any unnecessary add-ons. When the car was picked up my car and delivered back to me, I was genuinely impressed to see that they had washed it before returning it to me. That level of attention to detail says a lot about how they treat their customers and their vehicles. It wasn’t just repaired—it was cared for. Absolutely love Prime Time Auto!!!!!! For this being a very small family owned shop, the care that the owner Oral has taken with me and my Audi S6 is on another level. He will take the time to explain everything to you with extreme detail. He will let you know all the options you have to get your car back onto the road as soon as possible. The passion he has for cars is top notch, especially high performance German cars such as Audi, VW, Porsche etc. Unfortunately he had to give me some bad news in regards to the issues my car is having. He even took the time to literally show me the exact problem. He showed me the issues in person. He did not just call and tell me the issues. The one thing I do know, is once my car leaves his shop it will be running as good if not better than the day it rolled of the assembly line at the Audi factory.
