I had the best experience at France Frederick Chrysler jeep dodge ram dealership! Great customer service, quick and friendly, and personally the best deals and prices. My sales man was Robbie, very outgoing and kind and friendly. Dee is the best finance director I have ever worked with. I will always use this dealer ship for the future as well as my significant other. He was very impressed as well! I walked out with a 2020 ford explore and I am so happy have zero regrets! A dealership that's all about good business. Spoke with Chris and presented him with my Carvana deal and was promised a better deal if I didn't mind making the 3 hour trip from VA. Once I got there received a warm welcome from Chris and the team. Chris had Richard handle my deal and he was great and made sure I was taken care of. Dee in finance got me the best deal possible. All in all, I spent more time driving there than I did getting the deal done! If I had all the money in the world, I'd make sure to find a way to spend some more of it there.

The team here was extremely professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond. This dealership stood out among the others we've shopped with. They worked with us in finding the perfect vehicle within days of our desired one being sold, to which we loved the one they found even more. Due to the vehicle having been recently transported to them, the state inspection was being finalized so seeing as I could not drive the vehicle off the lot, they delivered it the next day after already staying past close to finish paperwork. They provided a loaner vehicle to me when I returned for other final preparations as they needed my vehicle temporarily to program a 2nd fob, and they even delivered my floor mat when the shipping company had shipped separately so I wouldn't have to return. This was above and beyond and they were always extremely kind and quick to respond. Shout out to Basil, Joshua, and Keith. Again, great team and smooth transaction!!
