Dealership sells maintenance packages which you will never use. When the dealership sold me my package, it was supposed to cover DEF for my diesel. I thought that was ridiculous, but I bought the package. When I brought the vehicle in, suddenly they don’t cover DEF. The person who sells the maintenance packages is never available to take calls. The service people can never look up the maintenance package. A new vehicle should not require a $1500 maintenance package. The $1500 is based on a generic maintenance schedule that is not vehicle specific and based on vehicles that were sold in the 1980’s. YOU DON’T CHANGE THE OIL IN A DIESEL EVERY 3000 MILES. It’s now 3 years later. I have 40k on the vehicle. My maintenance plan is gone, and I’ve changed the oil 2 times on the plan. Third change was out of pocket.

Service center is HORRIBLE! Charge you after you decline service! NEVER USE THIS PLACE! Horrible prices ! Told them the problem then charged me for them finding out what I said was true! Do not use so Many other places!

First thing's first; their staff were very polite, in person and on the phone. Brought my vehicle in for simple recall work: had a morning appointment. Asked to also have a module checked, as I'd received notifications it needed serviced. Checked back nearly five hours later and my vehicle was still parked in the spot I left it. Went inside and was told a stall was about to become available and mine would be the next one in. As I headed to the waiting area, the technician asked if I was waiting and cautioned me my vehicle may not be available until near closing (may not be available??). I then suggested we reschedule, as I did not have that kind of time to wait. Rescheduled for the following Friday, early. Dropped my vehicle off the following Friday and never heard anything throughout the day; as I wouldn't need it until Monday morning, decided to call the following morning to check. When I called to inquire into its status, was told the rep. who scheduled my service wasn't working that day and neither was the tech; I'd have to wait until Monday?! I told the rep. that was absolutely unacceptable, as I'd not received a call the entire day before and had an appointment. Was then told this person would be able to do the recall update and asked about the module. I then said the recall work was the sole reason I brought in my vehicle and the module had been functioning properly, but I just wanted it checked due to the notifications. I was asked to give them an hour and I should expect a call back. A little over an hour passed and I got a call saying my vehicle was ready, recall work had been completed and no code was returned on the module. Question remains... why wasn't ANYTHING done the day before as I'd had an appointment??? Polite staff aside, I will NOT be bringing ANY vehicle here for service again! Get your collective act together, Dodge! SMH
