Great service from this company. The driver was on time and had great communication. We used their service in conjunction with Vehicles for Change. Priority picked up our vehicle and did great work. Preston was very nice and even double checked the vehicle to ensure we got all our personal belongings out.

We had a dead battery and couldn’t get the car to start. For a family that relies on one car for both work and school drop-offs, to say we were stressed is an understatement. The communication from Priority Towing was top-notch, with timely updates on the arrival of the tow operator, Dennis. Dennis was kind, professional, friendly, and fast. Within minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the issue, gave our car a jump, and stayed to make sure everything was running as expected. His smile and reassurance were truly appreciated. I’m very grateful for the amazing customer service and professionalism of Dennis and I would highly recommend Priority Towing and Recovery to anyone (tow/battery service). If I ever need help again, they will be the first call I make.

Worst towing experience. Promised to come in 1 hour, we waited 2 hours in freezing temperatures nobody came. After we called multiple times received rude explanation that they are busy and they cancelled our tow. Worst towing company with bad attitude. Another company picked up our car in 25 min.

Eddie was by far the best tow truck driver that I have ever met!!!! My kiddo locked my keys in the trunk n Eddie had to work harder to get it out because of my security system, but he was very professional and went above and beyond with everything today. I was so upset at first, but by the end of the visit, I was all smiles. Thank you so much!!!! Eddie you are amazing!!!!!

Fantastic service! They got to my car within two hours of calling, and the tow driver was an absolute master of his craft. From initial call to dropping off the car, they took what is a normally stressful and frustrating process and truly made it as pain-free as possible. While I hope to not have to use them again any time soon, should the time come, they will be the first I call. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and again, can’t stress the excellent customer service enough.
