Never before have I experienced such a great service from any salesman and business owner. There patience timeliness and willingness to get things done is great. If you’re buying used cars from the local lots you’ll generally find a lot of junk and salesmen who will act as if your not serious till you show a dollar bill or scream gullible. this lot seems to be a true exception. Between the welcoming atmosphere and politeness of the salesmen I truly hope and wish for the best of luck to this used lot in the future.

I am loving the car I just got from Pro Auto!! Ms. Ireland helped us and is so nice and amazing, she made sure the whole process went smooth and quickly. This is the second car I have gotten from here and me and my family have been so satisfied with the process and the car both times. My family has bought multiple cars from here & we couldn't be happier! Low mileage on both, and they worked with us every time to fit them in our budget. We've never had any problems with the cars, and when we needed to file a warranty claim (once) Will the manager went above & beyond to help us out. I've sent a handful of friends & coworkers here and almost all of them bought cars too. I would absolutely recommend going to Pro Auto for any vehicle you're looking for, especially for cheap & low mileage cars if you're trying to stay under budget.

We live in central NY state. From start to finish, Will was incredible. He guided us through out-of-state purchase glitches, had all the paperwork ready, & went over & beyond what any car dealer would have provided. It was well-worth the 369 mile drive for the purchase. We will go here again if ever in need of another car for our family—prices are, as CarFax rated, “Great”. As long as they keep their prices in this category and Will is still the manager, we’ll be back! ( ; ).

My daughter purchased a care from them has put less then 800 miles on it since she got it and the steel belt cords are frayed and showing. My wife contacted them and their response was that it went through inspection it must be the way shes driving it. There is no way a inspected tire is worn to that degree in 800 miles its a 4 cylinder probably can't burn rubber if it tried and she drives safe she has a new born child. Buyer beware. Would not recommend this place.
