I visited this place to get my rear car window fixed. The price was half of what the dealership quoted. They offer on-site services as well. The quality of the glass was similar to the original, so I am pretty happy with the service. The wait was alright, too. They are also open on weekends. One tip: If you want the $10 off from the online inquiry, you will need to print it out.

Had a grest experience here. You call & they answer, not automated/call back (amazing!). Price was better than I expected. & they were nice! Got a crack in my windshield that spread all the way across during the recent snowstorm. Made a same day appointment at the shop. Took about an hour or 1.5, which gave us time to wander around the Savemart & get some food nearby (they have a little waiting area too). After I was curious about the process, dude took his time to show me a bit. 100% would go back if I had a reason

Price is good , but long waiting time , longer than expected got to the appointment early and still waited 2 hrs plus , Expectations should be communicated 3 hrs or more to not waste people time. Updated review Referred my Son to the shop and unfortunately because he didn’t honor the commitment I’m updating the review, this is unfortunate , it based on me leaving the review which is my right, a simple discount could have change this.

I highly recommend Professional Auto Glass! I shopped around when I needed my windshield replaced the same day and they were not only the only ones who could help me, they also provided the cheapest quote for a very expensive vehicle. It's an advantage to go to the shop because they are not restricted by daylight hours. They were also understanding and accomodating when I ran late due to traffic and work. If you are stressed with a lot on your plate and an auto mishap to address (when it rains it pours!) there is nothing more valuable than honesty, professionalism and human consideration and compassion. The owner Mr. Bahram really loves his work and it shows in how he treats his employees, manages the shop and endeavors to ensure you and your vehicle are safe. He personally checked my vehicle for additional damage, attempted to repair the back windshield wiper, and even replace the battery in my key! Check them out--I was not disappointed and am very very thankful for the lifetime guarantee.

Speedy, professional, and personable. 5/5 experience and I will not be using Safelite ever again if I can help it. I used the mobile service to get a passenger window replaced that had developed a crack in it. The technician that performed the replacement, Roberto, was kind and did flawless work. After the window had been replaced (which took 30 minutes, tops) we got chatting about a previous windshield replacement that I had done through Safelite, and Roberto pointed out how Safelite had clearly cut some corners, and what the equivalent service would have cost through them. In the event I have to have glasswork done again, I know where I'll be going.
