For my fourth appointment, Mr. Tim was once again ready to work on my car as soon as I pulled up to the garage. He later was honest with me about my brake pads having more life span than I anticipated. His straightforward statement allowed me to save hundreds of dollars on replacement parts that I will not need until January. He even asked me if I still wanted a new brake bae rear sensor instead of assuming I still wanted that work done. When he completed the work, he took time to fulfill my request to indicate a distinct sound in my car when I occasionally brake. In brevity, he prioritized my actual needs for my vehicle over financial gains. I definitely recommend other individuals to request for vehicle services at Professional Auto Repair because Mr. Richard and his staff, Mr. Tim in particular, show thoughtfulness and honesty to customers.

My shop experience was fantastic. I hit a pothole and needed help with my front tire. They were thorough, and able to fix my vehicle within an hour. They are also reasonably priced. The staff made me feel comfortable and are extremely friendly. Thank Paul and Milian.

Mechanics are never in the shop. I mean how are you going to have a mechanic shop at a gas station and the mechanics are never here? They tell you to come back early the next morning for a simple job and they don’t show up.

The best auto shop, Richard is professional and answers all my questions and concerns and always takes care of my cars. Paul is cool too. Fair prices and excellent work.

Worst mechanics I ever encountered. Took my vehicle in to get my power steering fixed and they broke the clock spring in the steering column. The owner claimed he would take care of it but never did. Ended up taking him to court but he never showed. Needless to say, there's a judgement against him. I'm not bitter as this happened a couple years ago but I do believe the public should beware. God has the final say in all things.
