I was involved in an accident with a deer and from the moment I declared a shop to work with, Phil was attentive and communicated clearly through the whole process. They were able to pick up my vehicle from my house, assisted with aquiring a rental, and kept me updated all along. After vehicle was returned to me, Phil kept an open line of communication to make sure everything met my satisfaction. All in all a great experience for a crappy situation. Also an additional shoutout to the tow truck operator, Damion, as he was amazing interacting with my 4yo daughter at pick up. He took the time to actually talk to her and made her day. Purnells definitely staffs some great people and stand behind their work. Highly recommended.

Great shop. Great staff. Martin was friendly and explained everything that I needed to know. Very thorough with my service and got my car fixed at a time that was convenient for me. Debbie and the office staff were great with getting my rental taken care of and just made the entire process seamless.

I had a pretty bad accident where my front axle broke and there was body and lots of internal damage. I was terrified that my car would never drive the same. Pernell body shop did an amazing job fixing it. They kept in contact with me the entire time. they took care of getting my rental car time extended as needed and I was able to leave the rental car there and they took care of getting it back to enterprise. Was truly an amazing experience. The shop was almost 2 hours from my house so I was hesitating at first to use them but I am so glad I did and I will use them in the future if needed for sure. Was well worth the drive! I’m including the before and after photos of my car!

Fantastic Place. Top Tier Service and Great Staff. My company was involved in an accident with an generous lady and we wanted to settle privately instead of insurance. Phil in the office took care of both of us customers and had us out the door in less than 2- weeks for a rear end bumper collision. Overall very satisfied and appreciate of Phil and his Team! Will absolutely recommend to anyone Far & Near of this body shop due to there amazing service.
