Need my car towed same day they were available at anytime I needed them and made it everything real simple J.R the Tow Truck driver was really helpful

Putty Hill Garage has been great for monitoring our commercial properties. We have three retail locations that people tend to park in all the time unauthorized and Putty Hill Garage has been great for towing those who are not welcome to park here.

They hold cars hostage purposely; so you rack up a crazy storage fee. I called daily, then weekly, then eventually monthly. They end up switching representatives so they can change stories. I asked when my car would be finished and why nobody ever calls me, or whenever I call the owner is never available “he’s out today.” Every time I call he’s always out. Eventually; I was told “we can’t find any of your parts anywhere. They’re not available” when they’re at almost every single advanced auto, every autozone, and rock auto. After calling for months. I was then told “you can either junk your car, or pay the 118 day fee of $60 a day” ($7,080???) after calling for months wondering when my car would be finished “owners not in he’s got it ready though he’s working on it” Why would I junk my car when my car only needed a wheel bearing? When I spoke to some lady, after speaking to men for months “he’s not here I’m here now. I know nothing about that why did you leave your car here.” You guys said you would fix it? These people are thieves. They are criminals.

This towing company brought a terrible shame on the Charming City of Baltimore. My car completely lost power and stopped on the Babikow road, just 500 yards away from my home. Two police officers came half an hour later and placed road flares behind my car. I told them I requested road service from my insurance company, but it might take a longer time to get here. One of officers said he could get a towing truck here quickly. I agreed. Indeed, a truck driver from Putty Hill Garage, Inc came and asked initially $400 in cash to move my car off the road. He said I could paid him $250 right away for the service., I said to the driver I didn't have that amount of cash with me. I would pay him once moving my car home. I called my wife at home asking her to prepare the cash. So I would pay him when the driver towed my car to my home. Things seemed to go smoothly. One officer sent me home in the police car. I waited at home for the towing truck, but it never came. I called the company and the owner said my car was towed to their facility. The next day, my wife and I went to the facility and paid the money. My car was finally moved home from the facility by another towing company. Additionally, the two men at the facility were very rude. One man said he talked to the driver. "He towed your car to the facility because you didn't pay him the cash." Therefore, this whole thing was absolutely ridiculous! No stars should be given to one of the worst companies in Maryland!

Have used 2-3 other times in past years and had no previous issues. They came recommended from other towers nearby who were busy when i called. Came within the hour, very friendly over the phone, easy to pay and receive receipt, reasonably priced.
