My first experience with Q3, but not my last. I had an issue that was causing the coolant Level to appear low. No leaks were detected. Q3 addressed the issue, got approval from my service agreement company, got the part, fixed the vehicle within two days my vehicle is running like new. Not to mention we are in the middle of everything being slower that normal so when you visit any repair shop give grace so you can receive the same. Thanks Q3 you guys completely rock!! Kudos Von great service, pleasant and helpful environment and great staff/shop sir!

The staff was warm and friendly. They were very accommodating even though they were extremely busy. They were fair and equitable with the quotes. It was a very pleasant experience.

I WOULD NOT recommend bringing your car to this shop if you're looking for communication, understanding, and trust—even if I were on my last leg. It took three months to complete a job they claimed would start the next day (October 2nd), according to Von R. Black (shop owner). I had a blown head gasket on my 2012 Jaguar XJL V8 Supercharged engine (85K miles), affecting cylinders 2, 4, and 6. Before work began, I showed them a video of the issue. They agreed to an engine rebuild and estimated $5,600 before the timing job, citing another full rebuild at $14K (which wasn’t my case). They would update me after dismantling the engine, which wasn’t running due to water on a cylinder, likely 6. November 5th: They finally sent a picture of my engine dismantled—over a month late. November 12th: Von offered two options: Replace the engine for $10K (condition unknown). Rebuild for $8.9K(including part & labour) with a warranty. I chose the rebuild, sent a $5K deposit via Zelle, and shipped four tires ($500). My budget was set at $8.9K, excluding tires. In mid-December, they claimed the supercharger needed replacement ($1K). I agreed, bringing the total to $10K. December 18th: They informed me a rim had been stolen but promised to replace it. When the car was "ready," my final bill was $12K—not the agreed $10K. They justified this with machine shop fees, saying the initial quote was only verbal. Final Agreement: After 10 days of back and forth, we settled at $10,700—without a warranty—under the assumption the engine was running properly. However, after picking it up, they told me the engine was misfiring, dismissing it as "normal" while claiming the parts needed to settle—even though piston rings weren’t listed on the final bill. 400 miles later, I’m still experiencing severe misfiring in cylinders 2, 4, and 6. ~Issues I found once I got the car they caused~ Stripped and missing lug nuts (a safety concern). No replacement center hub cap for replaced wheel that was stolen Faulty tire pressure system (requires tire removal to fix). Alignment off by 2-5 cm to the left. My gas canister was taken, and they refused to answer about it. They also refused to address alignment issues under the "special warranty," which only covers the engine. This shop operates under the table—nothing is documented properly, estimates keep changing, and communication is terrible. Even after paying $10,700 instead of their $12K demand, I was left with: A misfiring engine. Messed-up alignment. No wheel cap. A faulty tire pressure system. ~~~~The only positives: They replaced the stolen wheel. They left me with a half tank of gas. Which I had empty when I brought it in -I have a car that runs under it's own power To this day, Von refuses to tell me where the replacement supercharger came from, its mileage, or any details—ignoring four messages.

Best car service. I came in with an older vehicle 89 Toyota Corolla. They did the diagnostic and found many leaks within valves and hoses for oil and such. They were able to get whatever they could to make sure my vehicle was in good working order when I got it back. Seeing that it was an older car it did have a lot of wear and tear over the years. Somehow during just running, a pretty bad coolant leak came from just driving it normally. This was only after a week from when they did the work. Long story short to spare the details I was able to bring it back on a Saturday and they were able diagnose and fix the vehicle very quickly. It only needed a hose clamp and I probably would’ve seen that if I had better eyes. Nevertheless this shop is very good and takes care to make sure your car is running good before they give it back to you and are more than willing to work with you to fix it.
