Quality Auto Body is top A. Very professional easy to work with, and great staff. I took my car in after being rear ended, and they kept me up to date, with what was going on. I had my car back in 2 weeks. It's perfect. They went above and beyond.

Quality did a fantastic job with the rear end collision on my vehicle. The work was completed in 7 business days and the car looks like it was never in an accident. Any parts that were replaced were OEM and they were able to pull the entire dent out without having to use filler to make it flush with the surrounding area. They were very communicative during the entire process, worked well with insurance, and Enterprise brings a rental vehicle right to Quality. The process was super smooth. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle out before returning it back to me. I am extremely impressed and happy to be back in my own vehicle again!

The staff at Quality Auto Body were all polite and friendly; their attitudes were all on the positive side which was a pleasant relief as the other body shop in Mechanicsville was a stressed out environment with snippy employees... Our car was fixed extremely nice! The paint work looked like the factory and the fit and finish was just as if the manufacturer did it! In the past I've used these "two guys" body shop who installed brackets backwards with screws and bolts missing and wiring harnesses with battery voltage on the terminals dangling loose! And their paint work was seriously lacking quality. None of this was true for the staff at Quality Auto Body! Choosing Quality Auto Body was the perfect solution for my vehicle repairs! They even repaired the check engine light due to damaged sensors.... The next time I need vehicle repairs I'll definitely seek the help at Quality Auto Body, choose these guys and you won't go wrong!

I'm not sure how to feel about their work. Their price was more than fair I felt. While the work they did was very good, I am puzzled about the work missed. I had front fender and rear right quarter of my truck bed repaired and painted. Front is great. Rear is great .... EXCEPT for the part not done. My son had jack-knifed our trailer into the bed. It dented the side, scratch the bumper and the wheel well mold. They fixed the bed but didn't touch the wheel well mold or the bumper. Decide for yourself if they are for you. Maybe that wasn't part of the estimate but it sure seems if your fixing the huge dent the other stuff was also a problem. At this point I am chalking it up to me not communicating I wanted all the damage repaired that was done by the trailer. Still ...... look at the pics and decide for yourself.
