I would just to start by saying DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this company whatsoever they are in fact a SCAM company. They go by the name Quality Used Parts. I ordered an alternator for my 2000 Cadillac DeVille the whole process of ordering the part just did not even seem right to me but I rolled the dice because I needed to save some money didn't do my proper research prior to contacting this company which is my fault I'll admit that however upon ordering this part and speaking with he said his name was Kevin when he answered the phone for the company he did not even identify the company that he was with so that initially threw me off but again I rolled the dice so I eventually got the part after some back and forth with them and the part that I received was the wrong part it was an alternator but not for my vehicle so I contacted the company on November the 7th and told them that I wanted to initiate the refund process because I would be sending the part back and I did not want them to send me any other parts it is now November 17th and I still have not received the information needed to initiate the refund process emailing back and forth with some guy who's lying to me and finally deciding to call them today and speaking with somebody who was clearly lying to me just had me wanting to make sure that I wrote this review PLEASE PLEASE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this company you will be wasting your money.

Scam. After they charged me, they sent a bunch of terrible-quality pics for me to "confirm" it was the correct part before shipping. Despite the awful quality, I could make out that it was not the correct part. I asked for a refund and they ghosted me. I reverse image searched what they had claimed was the exact part they were going to send me. Found the exact same pic in an unrelated listing where someone was selling the whole car.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a tranny Oct. 13th 2025. They charged my account 800$ which is 400$ twice. They said I would receive it within 5-7 business days. Today it's Nov.4th and still have not received my part the charged me twice for. I have called, emailed, sent text, still nothing. NOTHING. HORRIBLE COMPANY. PAYPAL contacted them and they offered 300$ back. Which still i have no tranny. How are they still in business? I want to go out of my way to stop them from doing this shifty type of thievery to other people. Don't do it, they will rip you off. Seriously the worst.

ANOTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER...Quality assured me it was the RIGHT PART for my CADILLAC SRX...when my Cadillac Dealer went to install...IT WAS THE WRONG PART ( which was guaranteed by Quality) ..placing it in "DISPUTE" with my credit card company provided me a safety net for my dollars...HOWEVER, QUALITY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A " RETURN AUTHORIZATION & PRE PAID UPS" as they wanted the ITEM RETURNED thus I am out $ 138.00.... with a BIG MISTAKE ..ON A GUARATEED PART by QUALITY....Read reviews before dealing with QUALITY...

Bought a transmission on July 11th that was damaged when delivered. Have been fighting with the company ever since to either replace that part that was under warranty or to give my money back. Do not purchase anything from them.
