This is your sign to stop going to gas station tire shop and go here! Amazing service, great customer care, quick and reliable. My bf did call ahead to check if they have the tires he’s looking for, they didn’t, but the guy on phone said he can order it and get it fast. To our surprise the tires were on sale and they ship quick to the store. We scheduled the appointment few days in advance. They said it’s about an hour to get the tires service. I came in early for my appointment and they quickly tend me. The young lady, I didn’t get her name, who’s working at front was very quick and friendly to approach. I waited for about an hour just as they said. I had few questions about their service and the young lady did an amazing job answering my questions. When they finished Walter helped me out. He explained what they did and if the truck had problem. Since my bf asked for them to check the one of problem the truck was having. He explained it to me in a way I would understand because I don’t understand mechanic terms. So then I just called my bf and he was kind enough to explain it to him again. I have to say the service they offer and the employees they have are very friendly and reliable. If I need to get my tires change I would go here. Service is top quality, the tires are amazing, everyone is friendly.

I was recommended to Quality Discount Tire from a neighboring company, Top Muffler who did a Great on my Muffler work. Back to Quality; Brother David at Quality did a great job keeping me informed in every step they took with my car. And the Road Force Tire Balancing service will have your car driving smoothly like a brand new car. And watching their customer service in the waiting room provided a good vision of the Quality Care they gave their customers. Definitely 5-☆ Work!

I’ve been exclusively going here for years after bad experiences at other shops. This place is great; I trust them for all my vehicles. They’ve given me honest feedback on what absolutely needed to be repaired on my old beater car as well as how to best keep my newer vehicles running. I highly recommend them. The head tech, Dennis, is a wealth of knowledge that you can trust, and everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Extremely reputable, service is always excellent. We first discovered this shop when my husband had an issue with his BMW. He took his BMW to a different shop in the area, the other shop ultimately broke something that they couldn’t fix. The other shop recommended quality discount to fix the issue they created, and we have never gone anywhere else after. They will not up sell you on something you don’t need. I took my car in to get the brakes checked because I felt some vibration. They gave me an honest opinion on getting more life out of the pads vs replacing pads/rotors. Amazing service, always pick up the phone, give you honest quotes for price. Just incredible. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Would give 10 stars if I could.
