We have never had a professional car detailing before yesterday, but may I say any expectation we had was superseded by Quality Mobile Detailing!! The quality and quantity of reviews did not led us astray and nor will they leave you when you choose Kevin and his team for the job! From the start, setting up an appointment was a breeze—I did it online, but had a question immediately and contacted the available number. Kevin, the owner, answered and was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but extremely reassuring. When Juan and Joseph arrived at our home promptly at appointment time, they too were extremely professional and welcoming. They got right to work— beginning with the interior— deep cleaning every crevice, including the trunk and cleaning the headliner, applying protective treatment to the vinyl- including the seats! Afterwards, they washed the exterior of the vehicle- complete with tire dressing and a wax. We added an odor treatment and while that was occurring, of course it started to rain, so Juan and Joseph set up a canopy to continue the job! We’re very pleased- this is a 2014 Toyota Camry and looks and smells “showroom new” again! Exceptional work!!

Kevin and his crew did an awesome job on my 2014 Honda Accord. It was loaded with dog hair and when I said loaded I mean loaded. I was impressed at how well they got my 10 year old Accord looking like I remembered when I drove it off the showroom lot. I’m equally impressed in how they restored my headlights and fog lights. I had originally posted a good review until the damage was realized to the grill on my new 2025 Acura! The owner said he would honor the damage done if we would take it to the dealership and confirm that it was not from a coolant leak which I did and got proof that it was not a leak. However, after I got the proof, Kevin the owner went back on his word and did not honor reimbursement for the damage done by his workers! I had to pay over 1,000 in damages done by his workers and now I am going to sue! I warn all! If you use this company, "watch what the use on your vehicle the entire time" because it cost me plenty! Also I have documentation from the dealership about the chemical they used and how it initially showed slightly after the service as the picture showed from what was taken when the job finished and then the chemical spread to the rest of the front grill! These people do not stand by their work and use cheap chemicals! Warning to anyone considering using them, watch what they use on your vehicle and record the entire time!!!!
