The price was extremely reasonable and the service was done in a very timely manner. Anthony in the service department was very helpful and the courtesy car driver Michael was in an absolute delight

Anthony was fantastic. I was at the service dept for an oil change. Greeted by name when I walked in, service on my car started immediately. Kept informed on status of my car. When service was completed Anthony went over everything with me, including what issues should be taken care, of in what time frame (nothing major). Very nice experience .

I’ve bought 2 cars from Queen City Motors and I love how family like they are. In between oil changes and while getting my Kona N Line repaired, Allie, my service coordinator , made sure I had a loaner car at all times. Thank you QCM for being so awesome!!!! A BIG thank you to Allie for everything!
