My husband and I were on our way to the beach and he ran over an umbrella on Rte. 50. We didn’t realize right away, but the gas tank was punctured. We pulled over and after calling the fire dept and AAA, the Sheriff’s Deputy called Jamie with Queenstown Collision for a tow to save us time. Jamie waited with us while we made the insurance claim and then drove us AND our dog to his shop. We had a hard time getting a rental car right away, but Jeren, Jamie’s wife, let us wait inside, out of the hot and humid weather, and gave our dog treats! If you’re ever on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and need work done on your car, I highly recommend Queenstown Collision.

Brought our truck here for front-end repairs. Jaime was friendly, knowledgeable and finished the repairs in 2 days! We had received other estimates that came in more expensive and we would be without the truck for 4-5 days. Very pleased and will recommend these guys to everybody. Had a big dent on my 2016 Jaguar rear quarter panel and rear bumper scratches and scraps. Jaguars are aluminum and QCC did a cost effective repair of both with outstanding results. Matched the silver metallic perfectly. My car was back in a very reasonable time period. Job well done.

I have to echo the previous 5 star reviews. I was expecting some scratches in my front fender to be expensive to repair but Jamie was able fix them without having to replace the fender. This business is a great asset to the eastern shore. Thank you, Jamie, for the fantastic service!!
