February 13th 2026 i went to racers edge to get H&R springs installed on my 2020 BMW M340 i dropped my car off the prior night to pick up the next evening and i was not even 10 minutes after picking my car up i started to hear extremely loud noises . I immediately called them back and told them im bringing it back . Once he finally got my car on the lift he shook the driver side front wheel and it made a loud noise he tightened something up and didn't say a word. I was concerned so i wanted to ask what was the issue he said “ it was the axel bolt it was lose im normally pretty good on remembering to tighten that “ the car was fixed and i was happy but still very upset this was my FIRST and LAST experience bring any of my cars to a shop. Being forget full here and there i understand but never with something that can be dangerous and unsafe i could have been doing 100+ mph pull i could have lost my life i should have gotten reimbursed discounted something

If you want a shop you can rely on to build or maintain your car then RacersEdge is the place to bring it. They’ve been maintaining and modifying my car for the past 5yrs! The entire team is easy to deal with and actually takes pride in what they do. Current vehicle they’ve been handling is a 24 BMW M3 which has been tuned, carbon piece installs, lowering and oil changes.
