This is the most wicked and crooked business I have ever seen in my life. They appear to be professional, but that is all fake and false. I took my 2013 Porsche Panamera TwinTurbo to Ralph’s auto service to be repaired and they took my car apart by removing the engine and transmission to see what the problem was and it was bad turbos. my Porsche Panamera came with a warranty and this was my second visit. I had my car To get some repairs done about four months prior for some warranty work and the warranty took care of the problem, bad AC compressor. The warranty company authorize the repairs to be done and a turbo had to be removed from the car So that the claim adjuster could visually see they were bad. After the claims adjuster validated, the turbo were bad. The warranty company approved the repairs for 12,000+ dollars. After the warranty company approved the repairs Ralph’s auto service refused to do any work on the car push the car in a corner of there shop and refused to do the work on my car. I went to the shop with a tow truck to pick my car up And there it was in pieces parts were in the trunk and in the backseat of the car. I sent a certified letter asking to release my Car if they was not going to do the work that the warranty company had approved and gave them the Authorize. They never would respond To my emails, telephone calls and not even respond to my certified letter. After not doing the work to my car and not releasing my car to me, they applied for a mechanics lean an auction my car off as if they done the repairs to my car. I filed something at the court not knowing my car had already been sold Right from under me. After I left the court, I went by Ralph’s auto service to take a look at my car and pick up some personal belongings from the car only to find that they had put the car back on the left And replace the motor parts back in the car after they had got a mechanics line and sold it to a buyer. This work wasn’t done until after the fact that they got a mechanics Lean on the car and never done any work until after a buyer and Auction my car off. I still have payments on this vehicle and owe the bank a significant amount of money. Don’t trust this car dealership I don’t care how long you’ve been dealing with them if they get an opportunity they will do something illegal to try to take your car Or charge you some astronomical price. I am currently trying to hold them accountable for their actions and it’s called theft by fraud.

After 9 years of service at Porsche of Hunt Valley, I made the switch to Ralphs Auto Service over 2 years ago. This is the best team of the best people who take the time to explain, discuss and talk through the work. No wonder why people come from all over the country (and all over the world) to get their work done here.

I've been a customer at Ralphs since moving to the area in 2014 - I use Ralph to service all three of my Porsches ('75, '93, '14). Ralph and team have been amazing to work with - honest, timely, responsive and great value (and they are experts on Porsches from every generation). Chuck even helped me diligence the purchase of my Cayenne from an out of state seller. I'm writing this review because of a recent experience: my Cayenne need some major maintenance work given its age and mileage, as well as 4 new tires - because it was making some bad noises I took it to a nearby dealer in Baltimore county and the quote was $20K+...after some sticker shock I called Chuck at Ralph's and walked through the service it needed - without seeing the quote from the dealer Ralph's gave me a quote that was half the price of the dealer! But that's not the end of the story - I picked up the car on a Friday and everything was amazing - super happy to have it back...so I drive home, on four brand new tires, and the next morning (a Saturday) when I walk out to the car there is a screw in one of the back tires! I took a picture and sent a message to the team asking what to do...15 minutes later I get a call from them and they tell me they are sending someone out to take care of it...on a Saturday! Amazing. These guys are the best - they love what they do, it's a passion for all of them...every mechanic...they care about every car and every customer.

Don't take your car here unless you want to get ripped off. Purchased a 1962 356 Porsche from one of their clients as the car was already at their location. Drivers door was unaligned and there was paint damage due to this. Ralphs establishment lost the ignition key. It took them 6 months to get a new key as they had it re-keyed. Chuck called to tell me I had a bill for $3000 which was originally suppose to be $1200 for the door and paint. Since it took them so long to rekey the car I had to pay for a carburetor rebuild as it sat too long and they also forwarded the cost of the rekeying to me even thought they lost the keys. When I got the car home and removed the key the entire ignition switch came out (hopefully you can see the attached video). Called Ralphs and was told they could super glue it in place. Not something I'm comfortable to do with an antique Porsche. All work was unauthorized except for the door alignment and paint. The informed me I had to pay cash to get my car as they didn't want me to stop payment on a check or dispute a credit card charge. If I did not they would begin charging me a daily storage fee.

I've been taking my car to [Mechanic's Name/Shop] for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They’re incredibly responsive, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Not only is the work top-notch, but I can genuinely tell they’re looking out for my best interest and making sure my car is safe and reliable. They don’t push unnecessary repairs or upsell, and instead, give honest recommendations on what needs immediate attention and what can wait. I trust them completely with my vehicle, and it's a relief to know I have a mechanic I can count on. Highly recommend!
