I recently had my car repaired after an accident. I got recommended by a friend to check them out and drove over to get an estimate. When I arrived, I knew I was in the right place as this is a small family owned shop. The technicians here are skilled, knowledgeable and absolutely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I can’t recommend them enough, to see Mike or Duwayne, they are the real deal.

I had my car repaired at Randallstown Collision Center after a side-swipe accident. The damages were minimal, requiring only a new bumper, suspension work, a new door, and a quarter fender near the door and mirror. However, what followed was a nightmare. The repair took over a month to complete, and when I finally got my car back, the bumper wasn’t installed properly. It wasn’t securely attached, and when I took it back for the first time to address a noise coming from my wheel, they glued the bumper back on. They told me to take the car to the dealership because they couldn’t figure out the source of the noise, which turned out to be the wheel bearing on the passenger side. While they had replaced one of the wheel bearings, they failed to identify that the other wheel bearing was the issue. The second time I returned, after a minor impact with a parking barrier at less than 5 mph, the bumper popped off again, this time cracking in two spots. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor work, one of the employees said, “You’re always hitting shit,” blaming me for the issue. This was especially frustrating because the first time the bumper came off, I could literally pull it off with my bare hands, and both times, the clips holding the bumper were extremely loose. They didn’t secure it properly from the start, and the screws were loose, which added to the problem. They also lied and claimed my bumper was missing a chunk, when in reality, it was the back bumper that was missing a chunk underneath. Additionally, when they removed the back bumper to paint something in the back of my car, they didn’t properly reinstall the screws that secure the trunk to the base of the car. This left my trunk improperly fastened, adding yet another issue to their shoddy work. To make matters worse, they reattached my bumper with a zip tie, a temporary and unprofessional fix. The collision center’s poor customer service and refusal to stand by their work are beyond disappointing. If you value your car and your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their repairs. Would not recommend. Adding photos when I first got my car back and when it popped out for the 2 time as well as photos underneath my car

Mike and Dwayne are the only people I trust to handle my cars needs. I have had 2 different cars over the last 5 years worked on at Randallstown, and each and every time the entire staff couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, and my car couldn’t have looked any shiner when I picked it up! So shiny I could see the sun glimmer in my fresh red paint. This is the only place you should be coming to for your body part needs! They’re the best :) thanks again!!!!!!!!!!! Ruby is good as new!!!!!

Randallstown Collision Center had decent customer service. Mike who is the front desk gentleman was very respectful and professional throughout the process however, I was not pleased at all by how my car was brought to me after the repairs where complete. As shown in the image I found the outside cover around my passenger side window to be pealing even though that’s not the condition my car was in prior to repairs l. I confronted Mike about it, and he gave me a mediocre excuse about how the vinyl will peal when heat hits it which still is no excuse because now that’s something I have to get fixed. I also purchased and installed after market LED headlights for my car by myself prior to repairs, when I received my car back the mechanics forgot to install my LED lights back in into the new headlight repairs. I had to find out for myself that my LED lights were missing, and called the place back so they can re-install them.
