Absolutely amazing job! They took my Mazda, which the driver side was all busted up after someone collided into my vehicle. They made my Mazda look and feel brand new, no issues at all. Everything is flawless. Oh, and they did it in an extremely timely manner too. Most other shops would have taken 4 weeks at least, they did it in a like 10 days. I will bring my vehicle here if I ever been auto body work again, prob for as long as I live in the area. Would recommend to anyone & everyone in the area. 10/10, 100 stars. Thank you guys!

How DARE these two raise the bar on what a good body shop is! Ensuring near perfect quality and matching the OG car? Telling you their concerns about the damage, and whether repair or replace parts are the option? Advocating and haggling with INSURANCE companies, repeatedly on your behalf? INSANE!!! You ever walk into a shop and and it's like you're at your auntie or uncles place? This brother and sister have been running a high quality shop for decades, and they know what they are doing. When they say "I don't feel safe with you driving this car still" you believe them (even if they help re-attach part of your car so you can at least get back home first). I have used them at least twice with my latest car, with and without insurance coverage. They were upfront about costs and the potential that this could go up a certain amount based on what else they find once removing and inspecting damaged parts. My latest repair was a fiasco; but all because of insurance. Kim and Kevin both said this was the most difficult case they have ever dealt with because of the insurance companies and how everything was handled. They were both upfront about their struggles, BUT THEY PERSISTED, and made sure insurance covered all the repairs, to the quality they deemed best, and fully refunded my deposit/deductible. All this to say: be patient, be polite, be understanding when you are frustrated and doubting how things are going, or if Kim, Kevin or someone in the office is flustered. They are worth the cost for the detailed repairs they do, how they advocate for you, and how much they care. Whether they like it or not, these are my auntie and uncle now.

I had my Cadillac repaired here after an accident that damaged the door. The staff was very professional, friendly, and fast. The repair quality was excellent. Although it was expensive, the results and service were worth it. I highly recommend this body shop.

Randolph auto body did an outstanding job on my vehicle repairs. Extremely glad that I chose this business for service. Before and after pictures of my car. Edit: Uploaded pictures from when Randolph body shop fixed and repaired the front end damage to my car after getting stolen from me at gunpoint while silver spring. The person who stole it crashed it, my car was recovered by police officers. Randolph bodyshop made my car look brand new!!

I'm very pleased with this shop. Kevin and his team were helpful with my insurance claim. I'm detail oriented and this shop did a quality paint job and repair. The turn around time exceeded my expectations. It was a great experience from start to finish. One thing I really liked is that it's a bigger lot and shop. I've had bad experiences with small shops keeping parts in the car. I'm confident my car was treated with care. I recommend this auto body shop for car repairs after an accident.
