Truck broke down traveling from out of town on vacation over Thanksgiving. They were booked up on a busy week with short staff. They offered to look at it and see what the problem might be, not promising a repair. In the end they fixed my truck at a more then reasonable cost. Basis for review is the refreshing honesty and integrity of the shop. They new I had to get back home in a few days and was at their mercy. I own a small service business myself and understand the cost of doing business and what it takes to run a honest business. They have earned my trust and you can't put a price on the value of that.

A rare find, is a honest, fairly priced mechanic that get repairs done when they promise. I have had several repairs done from my ford excursion diesel to my prius and I am not only impressed with the quality of their work but they always have a positive friendly can do attitude. Rates have been fair and happy to pay it every time. So glad to have found them, and by the looks of their business, I'm not the only one. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Dropped my truck off to get the heater fixed. They kept my truck for a week, saying they were waiting on parts. They had me pick up my truck and told me that they would call me when the part's came in. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Nothing like being lied to by the owner of the business. They were going to charge me $600. I can only imagine how bad it would have been after I paid them. Bottom line, never take your car there.

Unfortunately, I’ve had my car there in the last year more than I wanted to with car troubles. I am a college student and generally only home on weekends, which makes it tough to get in a garage. However, Pat and JR have always been very fair and accommodating to me. I called them Thursday afternoon about 2:30 and was over an hour away at school because my car would not go into park. I brought it straight over, JR and Pat took a look at it right away, ordered a part, and I picked it up Friday evening. I can not thank them enough for being kind and so quick so I could get back to school this week.

Pat and his staff are very well educated when it comes to working on a vehicle. I have had several makes and models of vehicles and have had them worked on there and have never had any complaints. And they are very fair on the labor rate and take pride in there work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing any kind of mechanical work done.
